SmoothOps 365 is operated by SmoothOps 365 Limited. By enrolling in any course, purchasing any service, or creating an account on smoothops365.com, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
Course fees are charged per cohort. Once enrolled, you have access to all materials, recordings and guides for that course. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login details or allow others to access your account.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Split payment arrangements must be agreed in writing before enrolment. Failure to complete agreed payment instalments may result in access being suspended.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrolment, provided you have not attended more than one live session or accessed more than 20% of the course materials. Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@smoothops365.com. Refunds are not available after 7 days or once significant course content has been accessed.
All course materials, recordings, handouts, visual guides and AI tools are provided for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or share any course content without written permission from SmoothOps 365. Access to recordings is provided for the lifetime of the platform.
The IT Lab environment is included at no extra charge for all enrolled students. Access is provided for the duration of your active course enrolment. Lab progress and session data are stored per account. SmoothOps 365 reserves the right to update, expand or modify the lab environment at any time.
For website build projects, a detailed proposal will be provided before any payment is taken. The £500 deposit for SaaS and web app projects is non-refundable as it covers initial scoping and design work. Remaining payments are due at agreed project milestones. Final ownership of all code and assets transfers to the client on receipt of final payment.
Domain management services are billed annually. We act as your agent for domain renewals and DNS management. We will provide 30 days notice before any renewal is due. SmoothOps 365 is not liable for domain loss caused by inaccurate contact details provided by the client.
AI-generated content including CVs, cover letters and interview feedback is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and personalised before use. SmoothOps 365 does not guarantee employment outcomes. CV and interview coaching payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
You must not use our platform to engage in any unlawful activity, harass other users, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or reverse-engineer any of our software. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.
SmoothOps 365 provides training and information for educational purposes. We are not responsible for employment decisions made by third parties. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
