Once you've built those foundations, you can progress into our specialist Microsoft 365 and Azure programmes.

No. The IT Career Programme is built around 1st line IT support and CompTIA A+, real troubleshooting, hardware, networking and Windows administration, not software development. You do not need to know how to code to start or complete it.
Yes, you'll receive a SmoothOps 365 completion certificate once you finish the programme. That's separate from official industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 or Azure, which are awarded directly by CompTIA and Microsoft, not by us. The programme includes exam preparation for those, but you'll need to book and sit the relevant exam with CompTIA or Microsoft yourself to earn the official certification.
