Every session, real hands-on labs
Not watching demonstrations. Every session is 1 hour live teaching, 1 hour working directly inside a real Azure environment: deploying VMs, configuring networking, managing storage, and AZ-104 exam prep.
Questions people ask
No prior programming experience is needed. Azure CLI and PowerShell are introduced as part of the curriculum for managing Azure resources, but they're taught from the ground up. This is cloud administration, not software development.
Designed as a specialisation after foundational IT experience. It's ideal if you've completed the IT Career Programme or already have some 1st line support or infrastructure background and want to move into cloud administration.
This programme isn't open for enrolment yet, it's currently waitlist only. Once it opens, we expect to offer the same instalment options available on the IT Career Programme, just get in touch to talk it through.
Roles like Azure Administrator, Cloud Support Engineer, Junior Cloud Engineer or Infrastructure Administrator, typically £32,000 to £48,000.
Anyone can join the waitlist now to be told when it opens. Since this programme builds on foundational IT knowledge, it's best suited to those with some existing IT support or infrastructure background, though everyone is welcome to register interest.
There is no age barrier at all. Whether you're 25 or 60 and above, you're just as welcome to enrol, what matters to us is your commitment to the programme, not your age.
3 months, covering Azure fundamentals and identity, core infrastructure and networking, then security, monitoring and AZ-104 exam preparation.
The same live weekend format as our other programmes, Saturday 10am to 12pm and Sunday 12pm to 2pm, once enrolment opens.
The main UK work visa route relevant to IT roles is the Skilled Worker visa, which requires sponsorship by a UK employer holding a valid sponsor licence for the specific role. SmoothOps 365 is not registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), so we don't advise on which route applies to your own situation, since that depends on the exact role, your employer's sponsorship, and the Home Office's current eligibility criteria, which change regularly.
