Yes, you'll receive a SmoothOps 365 completion certificate once you finish the programme. That's separate from official industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 or Azure, which are awarded directly by CompTIA and Microsoft, not by us. The programme includes exam preparation for those, but you'll need to book and sit the relevant exam with CompTIA or Microsoft yourself to earn the official certification.
