Certifications this prepares you for
Microsoft rebuilt its Microsoft 365 admin certifications around AI and Copilot administration in 2026. This curriculum is built on the certifications that are actually current, not the ones being retired.
The current Microsoft 365 fundamentals certification, covering core services plus Copilot and AI governance basics. A good early target.
A stable, well-established Microsoft certification for device and Intune management, no retirement announced.
Microsoft's new flagship Administrator certification, replacing the one being retired. Covers tenant admin, security, governance and AI services.
You book and sit the official Microsoft exams yourself, this programme covers the preparation.

You will be ready to apply for entry-level Microsoft 365 support roles in any organisation that runs on Microsoft 365, which today is most of them.
With real hands-on experience and certifications behind you, this is the foundation for a genuine specialism in Microsoft 365 or cloud administration.

Every session, real hands-on labs
Not watching demonstrations. Every session is 1 hour live teaching, 1 hour working directly inside real Microsoft 365 environments, creating users, assigning licences, configuring groups, managing Exchange and Teams, and more.
Questions people ask
No prior programming experience is needed to start. PowerShell scripting is introduced as part of the curriculum for automating admin tasks, but it's taught from scratch and is a small part of the overall skillset, not traditional software development.
Built as the natural next step after foundational IT support experience. It's ideal if you've completed the IT Career Programme or already have some 1st line support background and want to specialise in Microsoft 365 administration.
This programme isn't open for enrolment yet. Once it opens, we expect to offer the same instalment options available on the IT Career Programme, just get in touch to talk it through.
Entry-level roles like M365 Support Administrator typically pay £26,000 to £36,000. With that experience, roles like Microsoft 365 Administrator or Modern Workplace Engineer typically pay £35,000 to £50,000 and above.
Microsoft rebuilt its Microsoft 365 admin certification track in 2026 around AI and Copilot administration, so this programme is built on the certifications that are actually current, not the ones being phased out. That's Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900) early on, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) as a stable mid-programme target, and Administering Microsoft 365 and AI Services (AB-650), Microsoft's new flagship Administrator certification, by the end. You book and sit the official Microsoft exams yourself, this programme covers the preparation.
Nobody yet, the programme isn't open for enrolment. Once it opens, since it builds on foundational IT knowledge, it's best suited to those with some existing IT support background, book a free call if you'd like to be told when it opens.

The same live weekend format as our other programmes, Saturday 10am to 12pm and Sunday 12pm to 2pm, once enrolment opens.
The main UK work visa route relevant to IT roles is the Skilled Worker visa, which requires sponsorship by a UK employer holding a valid sponsor licence for the specific role.
