From zero to job-ready, in one focused course
One programme covering IT support fundamentals, practical Microsoft 365 administration and cloud computing literacy, built for career changers and healthcare professionals who want to break into IT with real, practical skills, not spread thin across separate courses. Live online, weekend sessions in UK time, open to students worldwide.
21 modules across 25 sessions, weighted toward what genuinely makes someone job-ready in 3 months, not a rushed tour of everything that exists to learn.
You will be ready to apply for entry-level IT support and M365 support roles in any organisation: from NHS trusts to corporate businesses and managed service providers.
With real experience under your belt, this programme gives you the foundation to specialise further in M365 administration or cloud engineering when you are ready.
Salaries vary by location, experience and employer.
Beyond the salary numbers above, here is what this career actually gives you day to day.
IT support is one of the most remote-friendly roles in any organisation, many helpdesk and M365 admin jobs are fully remote or hybrid from day one.
Entry level is just the start. Move from 1st line support into M365 or cloud administration and salaries climb well past £40,000 within a few years.
Every organisation, from a two-person business to an NHS trust, depends on IT running smoothly. That demand does not go away in a downturn.
Healthcare, finance, retail, government, education, the skills transfer everywhere. You are not locked into one sector once you are in.

See exactly how the programme runs before you pay anything. Taiwo hosts a genuine 2-hour sample session on Microsoft Teams, 1 hour theory and 1 hour hands-on lab, just like a real course session, covering how healthcare workers and career changers move into IT and a live Q&A. Register your interest below and we will send you the joining details.
Takes less than a minute. We'll email you the join link straight away.
SmoothOps 365 is based in the UK, but the programme itself isn't UK-only. Everything is delivered live online, so you can join from wherever you are.
Live sessions are scheduled in UK time. This tool converts them to your local time so you know exactly when to join, wherever you are in the world.
No. The IT Career Programme is built around 1st line IT support and CompTIA A+, real troubleshooting, hardware, networking and Windows administration, not software development. You do not need to know how to code to start or complete it.
Yes, you'll receive a SmoothOps 365 completion certificate once you finish the programme. That's separate from official industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 or Azure, which are awarded directly by CompTIA and Microsoft, not by us. The programme includes exam preparation for those, but you'll need to book and sit the relevant exam with CompTIA or Microsoft yourself to earn the official certification.
Anyone wanting to move into IT with no previous IT background, wherever you are in the world: career changers, healthcare professionals, and people starting again in a completely different field. Most students start with zero technical experience.
Yes. If you can't pay the full amount upfront, get in touch and we'll talk through instalment options with you directly.
One price covers everything, nothing is sold separately. You get the full live training programme (26 sessions, every weekend, UK time), hands-on labs, and dashboard access to every session recording and your course materials, plus career support once you're ready to apply: our team helps you tailor your CV to each role, supports you through the job application process, and prepares you for interviews. That support is delivered personally by our team, not automated.
The programme leads toward IT Support, Service Desk and 1st Line Support Engineer roles. In the UK, these typically start around £22,000 to £30,000, with realistic progression toward £28,000 to £40,000+ as you gain experience. Pay elsewhere varies by country, but the underlying role and skills are the same.
Anyone, anywhere in the world, regardless of background or previous qualifications. No prior IT experience, degree or certification is required to join.
There is no age barrier at all. Whether you're 25 or 60 and above, you're just as welcome to enrol, what matters to us is your commitment to the programme, not your age.
3 months, 26 live sessions in total. Live online, every Saturday 10am to 12pm and Sunday 12pm to 2pm, UK time. Convert that to your own time zone before enrolling to make sure it fits your schedule.
Yes, you don't need to be in the UK to enrol. The entire programme is delivered live online, so you can join from anywhere in the world, as long as the UK-time schedule works for you. The skills and certifications covered, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 and Azure, are internationally recognised, not UK-specific. UK-focused content, like local salary figures and visa information, is clearly marked as such.
The main UK work visa route relevant to IT roles is the Skilled Worker visa, which requires sponsorship by a UK employer holding a valid sponsor licence for the specific role. SmoothOps 365 is not registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), so we don't advise on which route applies to your own situation, since that depends on the exact role, your employer's sponsorship, and the Home Office's current eligibility criteria, which change regularly. See GOV.UK's Skilled Worker visa page for the official, up to date detail, and our UK IT Careers & Immigration Information page for a fuller overview. For advice specific to you, speak to an IAA-registered adviser or immigration solicitor.
