We never take a deposit until you have approved our proposal in writing. Here is the full journey.

Free 30-minute call to understand your project, timeline and budget. No commitment required.

Written proposal

We send a detailed proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and total price within 48 hours.

£500 deposit

Once you are happy with the proposal, you pay the £500 deposit to confirm your project slot. This is non-refundable and reserves your place in our schedule.

Important: The deposit page clearly states the total agreed price from your proposal. You will only reach this page after we have confirmed scope and price with you directly.

Build and milestones

We build your project in agreed phases. 50% of the remaining balance is due at the halfway milestone, 50% on final delivery.

Project terms

Please read these before paying your deposit. By paying the deposit you agree to these terms.

The £500 deposit is non-refundable. It confirms your project slot and covers initial scoping and design work.

The total project price is agreed in writing before the deposit is paid. No surprises.

Work begins within 5 working days of the deposit being received.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are charged at an agreed day rate.

The remaining balance is split 50% at the midpoint milestone and 50% on final delivery.

You own all code, designs and assets on final payment.

If you cancel after the deposit but before work begins, the deposit is forfeited. If work has begun, any completed work is also charged.

SmoothOps 365 retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
